多巴湖國際酒店 (Danau Toba Hotel International)

太舊了！衹是地點還OK.. 爬山集合點... 建議翻新！ 剛開始還説己經沒有房間了...那是要嚇**...

沒熱水，等辦了入住才告知，又不讓退款，坑人的！房間抽風機也壞了！真的差！如果不能洗冷水澡的人，千萬別訂！

Booked this hotel for $140 (breakfast not included, breakfast need to pay RP90.000) for the Superior Double Room for 5D4N 訂房網站 with my family. 1 year ago i was checking this hotel out but turns out many reviews were bad. But I had to see it for myself this time thats why i booked this hotel and take risks. Checking in was no issue as I checked in late. But lobby is dull and dark. Didnt have to pay for the deposits. Went in to the room, and was already greated with 2 flies (mosquitoes). On the AC, but room wasnt cold enough. Went to check on the kettle as I need hot water for my baby’s milk, as you can see the first picture of the kettle there is stains which i dont intend to wash even😂. I will ask for hotel water the next morning during breakfast time at the their restaurant. Then shower head was bad, why can they change to a new shower head? Everywhere there is dust in the hidden spots. I went on to find the charging port as i need to charge my phone. It was located behind the chairs and one near the kettle🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ Like why there? I had to charge my phone while sitting on the floor.. And its the 2 pin charging point. So travellers intending to stay here despite reading bad reviews here, bring the multi charging adapter! I went on to test the room phone but it was not working? So I went down and inform the receptionist that the phone in the room was not working, they explain that maybe because it was raining heavily just now thats why its been cut off? I was like okay… So i went back to my room and check on my baby, and saw there were 2 mosquitoes sucking her blood already and I quickly shoooo them away (one was killed by me😂) The next day, went to breakfast and they have Nasi Goreng (it was okay, nothing special), Mee Goreng (it was meh), Lupis (its nice👍🏼), Lontong (it was nice👍🏼), Mix Fruits (Watermelon, Papaya), Toasted Bread (👍🏼). Went to swimming afterwards, Lots of people as it was on the weekend. Had to pay Rp8.000 each for extra people. Then we went back to the our rooms and request for a new towel, the housekeeping said they wanted the old towel to exchange with the new ones. Told the housekeeper that the other towel was left by the pool. The housekeeper informed us to take the towel so that can exchange. In what rule is that? Anyway, had to ask my cousin to go to the swimming pool and take our towel😒 All in all, do not go this hotel, only good thing here is the pool. If you want to experience maybe can but just for 1 night. As my niece was saying this is the worst hotel ever, way more worst that our Hotel 81 SG.

1st time stay here. The lobby is not cooling despite the airconditioning. Counter staff can use a cheerful and smiling courses. They looked weary and unwelcoming. Perhaps age is a factor. Slow check-in process. The superior deluxe room is spacious but again airconditioning needs service. The outside fresh air is cooler. We were shirtless all the while in the room including bedtime. TV transmission is poor and very few channels. The security and entrance staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us in booking a "becak" to the train station. Location wise is fine. Just 8 mins walk to the Masjid Agung Sumatera Utara and shopping mall as well as Little India street. Also only 8-10 mins walk to Garuda Nasi Padang Rstrant and shops selling sports and musical equipment. If u enjoy walking it's only 20-25 mins to Medan Mall, bazaar, market. From the top floor u get a great view of the city facing Masjid Agung. There is a water boiler for coffee but no hairdryer. The interior of the hotel and room is reminiscent of the 70s. Actually, staff told us it's and old hotel est in 1970. Overall, I would give this hotel slightly below average.

The hotel is a 30 years hotel. The location is great. However, they didn't renovate it. It is a 90s feeling hotel.

Old design hotel that need re set up again due to current lay out truly outdated and not fit to the latest facility as hotel. Hair dryer, lighting system, air conditioning without remote control 😐😐 appreciate to the hotel management to have a look on this situation. If this keep continuous happen.. Not impossible Danau Toba international hotel would be a collapsed and hope immediate action would taken 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Cukup baik dan harga masih terjangkau untuk sekelas hotel bintang 4

Kamar mandinya kurang nyaman karna showernya rusak Lokasi gym nya kurang nyaman karna gak satu gedung dengan kamar nya tapi ruangan dan alat gym nya lengkap dan bagus
